Idea development
You have the idea, we help make it happen. In close dialogue we understand your requirements and refine your vision step by step.
Material selection
Only the right material makes moulded parts durable and functional. We always consider service temperature, media and acting forces. In most cases we can draw on proven experience.
Component design
We validate function and manufacturability. Small details often decide feasibility. The earlier we are involved, the sooner design features can be aligned and costly corrections avoided.
Prototypes
Simple prototype tools let us validate function and quality early and speed up development. Meaningful prototypes are produced by injection moulding, the same technology as the later series.
Tool design
Tools are precision production equipment and directly determine component quality. Quantities and quality requirements define the tool design and therefore the tooling costs.
Sampling
Before series production, every tool is trialled. You receive the sample parts for inspection and approval.
Series production
After your approval we manufacture to the agreed inspection plan. Quality records ensure traceability of raw materials and production data. After every production lot, the tools are cleaned, maintained and stored safely.
